LIQUID TOWN CIGARS

MACANUDO CIGARS
While the Jamaican heritage of Macanudo cigars goes back to 1868, the present-day character of these hand-crafted cigars was established in the earliest years of the twentieth century.

It was then that Macanudo became the first and only cigar-maker to grow, cure and age its own Connecticut Shade tobacco. Macanudo is also the only cigar-maker that ages its Connecticut Shade at least two years, then ages it yet again in the Cuban tradition of decades ago.

In addition, the distinctively mellow taste of a Macanudo cigar is enhanced by an exclusive blend of the finest, longest filler leaves from the Caribbean and the darkest, supplest binder leaves from Mexico.

Macanudo cigars are made in 21 different shapes, ranging from a Duke of Wellington measuring 8 1/2" x 38 Ring to a Caviar measuring 4" x 36 Ring.

MACANUDO VINTAGE CABINET CIGARS
In the world of Macanudo cigars, a vintage year comes along only when a harvest yields small quantities of filler, binder and wrapper leaves whose qualities surpass even the finest grades required for Macanudo premium cigars. Those quantities, which total less than one in one thousand leaves, are then set aside for a given year's Macanudo Vintage Cabinet Selection.

Over four years in the making, each Macanudo Vintage Cabinet Selection is made with the very same kinds of tobaccos. The long, fine filler leaves are grown in the Caribbean. The dark, supple binder leaves are grown on the fertile San Andres Valley farms of Mexico. And the silken wrapper leaves are grown in the famous Connecticut Valley, where Macanudo is the only cigar brand to grow, cure and age its own Connecticut Shade wrapper leaves.

The same standards of taste, aroma, texture, color and resilience are maintained from cigar to cigar and from vintage year to vintage year. And the cedar cabinets that are made for these limited editions are each crafted by hand.

Macanudo Vintage Cabinet Selection cigars are available at selected tobacco shops in six shapes ranging from a Number 1 measuring 7 1/2" x 49 Ring to a Number 4 measuring 4 1/2" x 47 Ring.

PARTAGAS CIGARS
Long before Fidel Castro came into power in Cuba, Partagas cigars were crafted by hand in Havana under the direction of Ramon Cifuentes and his father before him.

The last of the great cigar-makers to leave Cuba in the early 1960s, Ramon Cifuentes eventually discovered the ideal place to go on making his Partagas cigars was only some 800 miles east of Havana in Santiago, the tobacco capital of the Dominican Republic.

Ever since then, Ramon Cifuentes and his colleagues have continued to make Partagas cigars in the Cifuentes tradition, always with the longest filler leaves from the Caribbean, the supplest binder leaves from Mexico and the costliest wrapper leaves from the African Cameroons.

The cigars, which are made in 16 distinctive shapes, range from a Number 10 measuring 7 1/2" x 49 Ring to a Puritos measuring 4 3/16" x 32 Ring.
